Message: After being ripped off from another shop, it was nice to find this place. I was still scared because I was having alot of car issues at once like needing new brakes, hole in tire then wheel barren goes out. it was like it didn't stop. And yes the other place robbed me of extra money. I found this place when I needed an oil change. Then after all that a coil pack (cylinder) goes out and I had to have it towed. The tow driver swore on this guy. This shop had nice people, super fast work and it didn't break my bank. This will be my new go to place when I need them. I did go out and buy a brand new 2024 car because all that was too much on my nerves.

Message: I recently had my car serviced there and was very impressed by the speed & workmanship. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. You do not know how much it meant to me.

Message: I brought my vehicle here after hard contact with a curb damaged the LF control rod. It was a difficult repair, and Mark regularly kept me updated on the progress. During the course of the repair, some additional damage was noted, and Poulos Tire worked efficiently with my insurance company to secure those repairs. They were thorough, professional, and always kept me informed. They won a customer with their attention to detail and outstanding service. I would trust them with my own mother's car if it needed work. Highly recommended.

I felt like I was not getting special treatment but was getting the service they give to everyone which was incredible. They were pleasant and very helpful, treating me like my situation mattered.
