Message: We were unable to find anyone to come on site to do the repair. Tried some of your recommendations and Buddy at Hammetts Auto Electric’s recommendations. After several days of trying and lots of Buddy’s help. Randy the tech at Hammett’s agreed if I could if could get it to their shop they would reluctantly try and get it replaced. When I got it there it was overheating and in limp mode. Alternator had locked up and shredded the belt. Once it cooled down Randy went to work on it. Skid plate had to be removed and all the work had to be done from underneath the Motorhome. He had a hard time getting the belt size and ordered 3 different sizes to insure one would work. Searched around until he could find a diagram of how it went around the pulleys correctly. Job time about 3 days with labor including delivery time for alternator and belts. I can’t say enough good things about Hammett’s, Buddy and Randy. They really saved me. If you have electrical issues while in the Biloxi area don’t hesitate to try them.

Message: Had a great experience there, wished everybody was as personable as the owners and I was happy with the service I received, but it was just a little bit more expensive than I was expecting to have an alternator rebuilt. Message: Customer service was incredible very kind and helpful. Information was taken for car was in and out at no time. Diagnostics was done on car and parts were ordered the next day and the car was fixed and ready. Just excellent all the way around.

Message: I picked up a part for a friend. it was very quick, even though I had NO idea what I was talking about. Very nice gentlemen work there and their work is top notch. The only complaint I could have would be about parking.. the lot is small unless there was additional parking I didn't see.
