Message: I was fishing a Bass Tournament at Pickwick Lake and drove my (new to me) recently purchased used Ford Expedition pulling my boat about a three hour drive. I felt issues I believed was the transmission failing during my trip. I was referred to Long Lewis by a local fisherman and took my truck there expecting to be told I needed a new transmission. The guys in the Service Shop were all extremely friendly, professional and helpful. They got me a cup of coffee and had me wait so they could check out the transmission. I hardly had time to drink my coffee when they came in to tell me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my transmission nor anything else as far as they could see. Turned out my newer model has a feature I was not aware of which is a Tow Haul setting for when you tow a trailer. I had failed to turn it on because I didn't know it existed. That made my transmission seem to be acting up. I turned on the Tow Haul feature and everything was perfect. So glad and so refreshing to know that you can find dealerships like this one in a day and time where people are scared to death to take a car in for repairs pretty much anywhere. If I lived nearby the Long Lewis, Corinth, it would be my go to shop. If and when I need my next vehicle, I believe I will make the three hour drive there to find me a new vehicle. If you are looking for someone to trust, don't hesitate to go see them and thanks to the Service Staff for your professional and friendly service!

Message: If you are wanting to buy a car, Joseph McNatt is who to buy from. I am sure any of them are great but Joseph sold me my new explorer and he showed me my dream car after telling him what I wanted! He took his time and accommodated our every want/need! The whole team was awesome when helping us. The paperwork was a quick process and they even stayed past closing on a Saturday to make sure I got my car! We won’t do business with anyone else but him! We are loving our new 2022 timberline explorer!
