Message: Just wanted to give Dakota at Rick's Pro Truck a shout out for taking care of me. I had a 3/2 ReadyLift, added some 285/75/18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers and a LED bulb replacement over the stock halogen. Was told it would take a day and half to complete.. Well. I arrived a little before 7:30 AM and just after noon, I received a call from Dakota telling my truck was ready. Whhhhat! LOL! So pleased with the new look of the truck. Just what I was going for. Dakota was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had and he offered he suggestions as well.. I also want to give a shout out to Chris the tech who did the work on the truck. Outstanding work! Thank you! Cannot wait to add the XD rims next week! Update: The XD rims were added and really improved the stance and look of the Tundra.. Thanks Dakota! Appreciate you brother.

Message: Developed a problem with an ARE F150 bed cover I bought over a year ago from Rick's. Totally locked up and could not open. Dropped it by this morning about 9:30 and told them what happened. They asked me if I could wait on it (I expected to leave it), but they got right on it. After about 1 1/2hrs they completed the repairs. Handed me the keys and said I was ready to go; no charge! Didn't deserve, this but sure appreciated it. Thanks RPT!

Message: Went to get my truck lifted and couldn’t find a decent place with decent prices I found ricks pro truck and tried there which was the best decision I made the staff was very professional and friendly the manager was also very friendly and they helped me with all the information I needed and got my truck lifted with no problems. All in all I would highly recommend Rick Pro Truck!

Message: Work with Rick's regularly in my business, great service! They have always gone the extra mile for me and done superior work. Never had a complaint, never. That's hard to say about a business but have never been disappointed.

Message: They were supposed to call me when my items arrived and didn't. My wife called to give another phone number and then someone checked to say that they received them early that morning. Then when I got there the man that was helping me tried to pretty much talk me out of getting them installed that day. He asked me 3 times if I wanted to drop off my truck that it was going to take a while. 1 hour and 15 minutes to install a bed cover, running boards, and window deflectors. I love the new items but will not be going back to that location.

Message: As a woman who doesn’t know much about gidgets and gadgets or mechanical or technical stuff, I expected to be pushed into buying a bunch of stuff I didn’t want or need. I have experienced this at many other establishments. It wasn’t like that at all. Everyone was helpful and welcoming. All my questions were answered with patience. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed out the door to get to the next customer. It was an all around great experience for me. Anxiety free. I left a happy customer and would recommend Rick’s to anyone. The blond haired girl at the front desk was great too. She went out of her way to help me and was even kind of hilarious.
