Message: Over the 4th of July weekend my 2020 ford 250 power stroke left me stranded because of a high pressure fuel pump failure. My kids in tow we were 11 hours away from home. I want to personally thank melody in service for going above and beyond to minimize my stress level and for being so kind and professional. As bad as the situation was she made it her mission to help minimize it. Daily calls, emails and text to keep me updated. the sales rep who gave me the keys to go get my kids food with out hesitation after learning of our situation. The mechanic who personally came over to show me videos/pictures of everything he had to do and even drove my truck home several times to make sure everything was right before having me drive 11 hours and break down again. I highly recommend buying your next ford with Davis ford. I’m a life long ford lover living in Tampa Florida but I will most definitely be making any future purchases with them. There a small dealership but they have so many awards for customer service and quality they’re running out of room to hang them all. For what it’s worth I was blown away and could go on forever.
