Delta World Tire

Message: Delta tire has always been great. Had a little issue a few weeks ago but they are going to fix the situation. I've been going to them for seven years and will continue. Most helpful place I've been to!

Message: I had a nail in my tire and had to have a patch. I called on Saturday they couldn't get me in because it was so late in the day. But was told to come in at 7:30 on Monday and they would get me fixed up! And it didn't even take and hour to do so! And they was very pleasant to chat with while you wait.

Message: Had a tire with a slow leak and suspected it was a nail. My son had filled it up with air twice and after a few days knew I needed to check it out. Dropped it off at Delta World Tire. Was hoping it was repairable but told it was in the side wall. I got a call that it would be $239 to get a new tire. "This is your cheapest"? Yes. " That's ok. I'll come pick it up". Ok. Fine. I had a big attitude because I knew this seemed exspensive. He had an attitude responding to my attitude. I had just bought a set of tires for my second car and for my young son's car who is in college. Spent around $600 for each set. Told my son, I was with I'd rather have it towed than be upselled. Got a call back saying, sorry maam. I forgot to take off the flat fix repair cost. He went over the charges. Also, a warranty charge was included. Got it down to $179. Left a bad taste in my mouth. This same car needs brakes. I won't be going back there. I wasn't surprised the nail was in the sidewall and not underneath but nothing to do now. Should have at least looked for it prior myself. I'm always learning something.

Message: Great service, professional and very understanding. they handled and fixed my tire issue in quick fashion. will definitely recommend to my family and friends. I'll definitely be coming back.

Message: These guys know what they're doing. My husband was on a business trip and had gotten a bad repair in another state. Thank goodness these guys were there. They fixed everything and had reasonable prices. Thank you, immensely!

Message: My husband dropped my car off for a slow leak in one of my tires. We are new to Gulfport and our friends told us to go here. They told us this was a friendly, honest place. Very polite staff, fast work and excellent job. This is our new place to go for our car problems!

Message: This is a very great tire shop. I highly recommend. This has to be the best tire shop that I have been to. Andrew had excellent customer service and I was also greeted at the door with a smile. My car needed a lot of work and they went above and beyond to make sure that me and my daughter were safe to ride in my car. I could have really been in danger if I kept riding in my car the way that is was. The work I had done was worth the price.
