Message: Had check engine light come on and also low DEF (was not low) on our Motor home stopped at Empire Truck Sales in Richland, MS. They checked it out we needed to have DEF head replaced they were booked with trucks repairs for the night. They had a place for our motor home for the night to stay and we hooked up to electricity. The sales Manager David helped us through out our stay. Service lady named Rhonda helped making our extended warranty payment getting it handled fast. Thank you David and Rhonda for all your help. They made our stay enjoyable. Plus they have showers and laundry also. Needing any repairs go to Empire Truck Sales.

Message: Came in with a headlight out expecting the worst. Ended up being some wire issues. I was thinking I was going to be down for a couple days but that was not the case at all. Case had me checked in quickly and within what seemed like 30 minutes the tech was already pulling my truck in the bay. Case made the experience quick and a pleasure to do business with.

Message: This place is AWESOME. I have been to several Freightliner shops all over the world but this one HAS IT ALL. From refreshments and entertainment to showers and HOSPITALITY. From the time I checked in until the time I checked out I was well taken care of. Clean facility, great staff, speedy and efficient service and my main man Michael Keefer hooked me up with some outstanding merch! As a professional driver, we hate to have to go to the shop when things go wrong. However, whenever I have problem with my truck besides a tire, IM COMING TO EMPIRE! Message: After having our RV at another location closer to home, we made the decision to bring it to Richland for further diagnosis. They found and fixed our problem and worked with our warranty company to get our claims paid. We won’t take it anywhere else if we have a choice. Clean customer area. Message: There was a black service rep for the parts that was in there as well as he had a service rep partner the black service rep was on the phone dealing with a customer the other service rep did not come from the back leaving the guy out there by himself he took it upon himself to hold his conversation to ask me what I needed and how can I be help still the other service rep never came to the front sat in the back talking the whole time. And I came to understand to listening to the conversation that the other service rep does this all the time. But overall it was still awesome service because way one was lacking the other picked up.

Message: David Arendale is a sweetheart! He took time out of his busy schedule to drive my truck to address my concerns with it. He noticed a minor issue that could be the cause of my concerns and fixed it. Although It was about business, he made me feel at ease and it was comfortable talking with him about life in general. Great guy!

Message: 11/22 Came in for a small issue. From the jump this got Mike Miller in the service depth was full of energy even though he was working on a Sat afternoon. Long story short Mike was super helpful and on point with getting me checked in and helping me get my truck looked at and fixed. Great guy all around and excellent service by the shop
