Message: Almost no products in the store for sale, ONLY because they were setting up for a Memorial Day event which looked like it was going to be awesome. I just wish they would have advertised what was going on because I drove 70 miles looking for a particular item which is normally in surplus, and had absolutely 0 in store.

Message: I ordered and got first my Harley Friday before Easter weekend and I love the bike. I looked at another newer and nicer HD dealership and they wanted alot more for the same bike. So I went to Jackson HD. It's alittle old school and not alot of flash, bells and whistles but all in all just a good down to earth dealership that do things their way. And people shouldn't judge a business just because they're not in a flashy building.

Message: Place is a twin cam parts and accessories gold mine. Even have older evo and shovelhead accessories. It is very disorganized, so plan accordingly time wise. Be ready to dig. Tons of older accessories if you got 98-08 bike. Had quite a few parts ive been hunting. Also tons of jackets and collectibles. Just got to dig for it.

Message: Went to the Trail of Honor, it was really good. It is Awesome that the dealership closes down once a year for this. The traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall was definitely a must see! I would give them my business but they are 3hrs away.
