Message: I had to replace the battery in my wife’s vehicle. But at the auto parts location, I was advised it had to “professionally installed. ” So I went to 49 Tire. Casey was immediately attentive on entrance and had her car in the shop within minutes. They didn’t have the battery in stock so they ordered from their parts partner. He even called twice while I was waiting to find out what was taking so long for it to arrive. They also took my Firestone account which is a plus because I am becoming increasingly aggravated with them. I will taking both of our vehicles there from now on to get serviced.

Message: Having some “misfire” issues with our 2019 F150. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. They notified me that they found some wires that had been chewed on by a critter and directed me to a shop that specializes in such. Will definitely do business with them in the future if needed. No hounding you to make you feel like you had to have them changed right then and now, or it was the end of the world. I will do business with them again. Very, very nice people. Highly recommend.
