This employee not only found the part for him somewhere else but he also gave him a ride to pick it up! He went out of his way to help my husband and there aren’t many people like that these days! Message: Always helpful and have went out of the way to get parts for my equipment. Donna and all the counter people greet you as you enter the store. I personally like that the point that they ask to help when I'm shopping the self pick part of the store, yet they don't hover over you. It helps me to have time to remember what all I need. I've purchased everything from grease fittings to a complete engines from this store and can not remember once having to get anything warranted. And if I got the wrong part it was my fault not theirs. And even being my fault it was no hassle to return and get correct parts. I'm not a fan of chain stores but Donna and her crew makes this O'Reilly not feel like your typical chain store.
