Message: On Friday evening, March 3, a nice gentleman name Jared immediately helped me make make sure I was good on my brake fluid, because I had trouble seeing the level in the container. I thought I needed more fluid. Also, found out my battery terminal needed replacing (which I already had on hand) and the area of the battery needed cleaning. He did all that with no hesitation and no charge. He even gave me a part, a nut, I needed to keep the battery down. I gave him the remaining terminal I didn’t need, as an appreciation and for someone who could use it. Thank you for helping me with so much kindness. He told me he was a mechanic before and that is useful when working in a place like this.

Message: Great day for stopping in at advanced Auto Part store. Was greeted by a nice employee, understood what I was looking for and helped me find it. Deserve a five star rating, I went to AutoZone and O'Reilly's both didn't understand the item I was searching for and made me feel crazy. The tool was a few dollars more than expected to pay but well worth it! Thanks again I will be returning to this store for now on. Remote starter is a real thing, I'd put another back in stock cause I think I bought the last one.
