Message: I am a single mother of 4 children, so a car issue is very worrisome for me in todays economy. I changed the oil in my car yesterday morning and to my surprise, gained a slight oil leak from the drip plug. I tried to fix that myself but was unsuccessful. I drove by once when they first opened and asked a mechanic if torque had something to do with it, and he said he didn't know off hand.. he was a tire specialist. While I did definatly appreciate the honesty, I checked my oil levels then drove home to try and resolve it myself one last time. I almost didn't bother coming back because I have little to no income, but I have to drive to Memphis tomorrow to get my son to the neurologist appointment for his epilepsy. After chewing on it and setting pride aside, I went in. The staff was very understanding of my situation and still offered to check the issue out for me. The process took about an hour, but I was able to see the teams swiftness in action in treating every customer with promptness and professionalism. For as many people as I saw this morning, for everyone to leave smiling is a great thing to see. I brought two of my children with me, which didn't seem to bother the staff, which was also comforting. When my car was ready, the frontal staff explained how the mechanic not only resolved the issue by tightening the plug further, but he also made sure that my oil level was still in the safe zone and assured me that I will be safe to drive to Memphis in regards to the oil leak. If your looking for a mechanic shop/ tire center to treat you with patience, respect, honesty, and value... THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! I cant thank you enough for giving me relief, you all deserve an appreciation meal :).
