Message: What can I say. I purchased my dream car from this dealership in February 2019 without one piece of red tape. Never in life has this ever happen to me. Sean Varone, my salesman was the best. I called him and told him what I wanted, gave him my information over the phone and he called back 5 hours later and said come pick up your car. He was a man of his word. I drove from Baton Rouge and when I got there, everything was ready, including my car. I was supposed to write a review after I got my car, but life became chaotic and then covid, but better late than never. I love these guys at Estabrook, from the finance manager on down. Now that I'm moving to phase two of my life, I'm ready for my new 2020 which was supposed to be my original purchase when I got my 2017 Lincoln Continental with 22410 miles. I love this car and hopefully with Sean's help again I'll be riding

She was upbeat, personable, attentive to our specific needs and extremely patient despite the rain, late hours and my indecisiveness. She even remembered our daughter's name and interacted with her (huge bonus)! Brandi continues to be available whenever I have a question. She even scheduled time to give me a mini course on all the features (don't judge me, the car is really high tech). I definitely recommend Estabrook Lincoln to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
