Message: Hi I'm I commercial customer at the autozone in Pontotoc ms location and have been for sometime now I am rating the store at a 3 and leaving this review in hopes that it reaches the right level of management this store goes through a lot of employees and is always understaffed and training new people and as a customer having to deal with new people all the time getting the parts I need to make my money take time out of my day and on top of the I sometimes have to do the search to find them a part number myself to give them to get my parts if someone would look into this then they would see that the employees that leave most of them quit the store and moved on for reasons that I feel like could have been avoided and accommodate I strongly advise that upper management implement a policy of exit interviews to find out why this store can't keep good workers and should take the time to ask some of the shops around town their feed back on the employees that have came and gone and I'm hoping this isn't going to be just another review that is read and fades into the background I love my zone store I love the parts and how fast they can get them to me but I also go to where customer service is above all is the best and to do that it starts with the employees in the store and taking care of them and valuing them and taking car of them because that's who's takes care of us.
