Message: I would leave 10 stars if it let me, this is the best service I ever had out of O'Reilley's and I came here from Pensacola. Came and got an oil change and brake pads. The lady name is Andrea that helped me, she was so sweet. The store in Pensacola I shop faithfully at let me keep buying same brake pads year after year with lifetime warranty. Everytime I try to warranty them out back home, it's always Oh! I don't see it in our system. When I asked Andrea about it, she had no problem finding me under my number. She was so sweet. Very professional, extremely pleasant, and real easy on the eyes:) I highly recommend this place, everyone in the store had an awesome attitude and didn't look down their nose at me when I walked in. Made me feel right at home.

Message: Advance & Auto Zone are a joke in this town.. I can find what I need here & even if I have to order it I can pick it up the next morning.. unlike other places that only get one delivery a week.. Also the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Message: Best Customer Service! On 05/25/22 an O'Reilly's employee, Faith, went above and beyond. The shift cable bushing on my car snapped and I was stranded in the pouring rain. I was able to pay for the part over the phone and she brought it to me! TO ME! You better believe that I will be using O'Reilly's in Pascagoula for all my auto part needs! Keep up the good work!

Message: I went here to get parts for a work van. The staff was very nice and extremely patient with me. I had to call the mechanic to ask exactly what all parts he needed and the guy working the counter was very understanding. It was frustrating dealing with the mechanic during the time because there was a lot of people in the store and I didnt want to hold up the line. The guy working the counter was a younger black guy medium build, I cant remember his name but if his boss sees this I hope yall take care of him. He is manager material.
