Message: [I got a great deal on a 2020 RT Limited last year 2020, that's where the good news stops. The service has been a nightmare. The bike has been in there now 4 times (twice under old and twice under new ownership) for the same issue and they have made every excuse known to man to fix a WARRANTY issue. Love the RT hate dealing with these folks especially the service person Sierra who never returns calls. ] **** UPDATE DEALERSHIP IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT ***** Keith in service, Jena in Parts, and then techs have turned this dealer around, from a stay away to highly recommend DEALERSHIP. They have been awarded Platinum Service status and I understand why.

Keith and service was excellent Jana and Parts was excellent once you’re a customer they make you feel like family super nice people very clean store I took a JetSki in for service got it in and out a timely manner let me know everything that was going on couldn’t ask for nicer people great business will buy from them again.
