Message: Truly a pleasant experience to do business with Interstate in Ridgeland. I called them first to confirm they had batteries in stock for my VW car. Upon arriving onsite the entire transaction took less than 10 mins for them to conduct a battery test and then replace the bad battery. Excellent service!

Message: On my first visit about 4 weeks ago the female cashier was overly short with me and 2 or 3 other customers. She certainly did not go out her way to be inviting at all. I would rate her as being borderline rude. I’m very happy with the battery that was installed in my car that technician was very professional. My 2nd visit for a fob key battery about 2 weeks ago I received much better service. But male cashiers working the registers were polite and helpful.
