She was able to identify what we need and wanted. After expressing my wants and concerns with Autumn, she remained in contact with me for MONTHS until we were ready to make the purchase. Autum was very consistent in her service. KT was able to negotiate down to the price point we needed and went over and beyond her job responsibilities to ensure my husband and I were making the best decision.
