Message: The staff generally makes u feel like you're bothering them, and the one associate that "helped" me was trying to sell me the most expensive brand they had and when I looked over her shoulder and asked what about those? She's like, oh, well, yeah I could get those today, it was 3 days and triple the price for the other ones, it's just this location I've had issues but that was ridiculous.

Message: Top notch Team! I went to this Autozone on HWY 51 in Southaven yesterday afternoon to get a new battery. The Manager Frankie was extremely helpful. My battery was so corroded the clamp was melted onto a piece of the battery and he did not quit until he got it off. What was a bad situation turned into a pleasant experience. There was also a commercial customer of Frankie's that happened to pull up for an order and he helped as well. Everyone had a good attitude and overall the vibes felt positive. Thanks again guys! There is no way I could have replaced that battery alone!
