Message: Very friendly older gentleman greeted me upon arrival and explained everything to me. He was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my car. He called me twice to let me know what was going on with it as they were fixing it. Also, gave me the pricing as well. This was my first experience with King's and it was a good one. I will definitely come back from now on if I have any other issues with my car. They were finished in a timely manner and once I drove my car home it was so quiet and smooth and I was happy about that. No more loud roaring from my wheel bearing! 5

Message: Really good. The customer service was top notch. I was trying to find a quality shop to do an oil change, alignment, and brake service after I got new tires just to make sure everything was in good shape and that the tires would wear evenly. Dropped the vehicle off. They called and told me the brakes still had 50% of their life left and told me it was not necessary to replace them unless I chose to do so. They checked the alignment and said it was completely straight so no alignment needed. The only service needed was oil change. Very rare to get that level of honesty. They could have easily charged hundreds, but only recommended what was truly needed. I will definitely be back.
