Message: My son was having surgery this past week, and we needed to be in FL to help with our Grandson. Our transmission messed up on our way. We called Butch Oustalet Ford, and they had us bring it in. Two hours later, we were back in the truck, and East bound. I am sorry if we broke in line for them to work on our vehicle but we do appreciate it so much. Our son did great with surgery and we enjoyed spending time with our Grandson. Message: I am very pleased with the service department. I have used several diesel mechanics on the coast and have been extremely disappointed. I was eventually referred to BO in Wiggins. Their diagnostics were accurate the first time and the work was well below what others tried to charge me. I am extremely pleased with the service and Mr. Ben Williams for his help with all my concerns. I highly recommend anyone with a diesel to consider them.

Message: Great unplanned visit to Ford this morning! Started my truck at home and got an unfamiliar warning on the dash message center. Went straight over to Butch Oustalet Ford in Wiggins and they took care of me right away. They identified the message and resolved the issue and I was back on the road in probably 15 minutes!
